Privacy Policy
Last updated August 13, 2026. This policy explains the information World Class Auto Detailing collects through worldsclassdetailing.com, why we use it, and the service providers that help us operate the site.
Information we collect
When you book or request a custom quote, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle make and model, selected services, appointment preferences, service address, access instructions, notes, Pickup & Return authorization, and vehicle photos that you choose to upload.
How we use it
We use this information to price and perform detailing services, communicate about your appointment, manage availability, process checkout, coordinate Mobile Detailing or Pickup & Return, respond to custom quote requests, send booking confirmations or reminders when enabled, prevent duplicate bookings, and maintain reasonable business records.
Booking records and availability
During checkout, detailed booking information is stored server-side in our availability/booking data store and associated with a random booking identifier. The website sends Stripe the information needed to securely process checkout, but does not intentionally copy detailed service addresses, notes, or vehicle details into Stripe metadata. Temporary checkout holds expire automatically; confirmed booking information may be retained as reasonably needed for scheduling, customer service, accounting, disputes, and normal business records.
Payments
Card information is entered on Stripe-hosted secure checkout and is not stored by this website. Stripe processes the payment and returns transaction/session status needed to verify that checkout succeeded. Stripe may process your email address and other information you provide in its hosted checkout according to Stripe’s own privacy practices.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate the website and booking workflow, including Vercel for hosting/server functions, Upstash for booking and availability data, Stripe for payment checkout, Resend for transactional email, Make for configured workflow/calendar automation, and Google Maps Platform for business review content. We share or process only information reasonably needed for those functions. A failure in an optional notification or automation channel does not itself create a second payment or booking.
Google Maps and customer reviews
The website may display current business rating and review content from Google Maps Platform. That content is requested from Google when the page is used and is displayed with the attribution and source links supplied by Google. Use of Google Maps content is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
Vehicle photos
Photos uploaded for a Custom Quote are used to evaluate the requested work and are sent with the quote request. Images are validated and compressed/limited for safe handling, but you should not upload images containing information you do not want included with your request.
Security
We use reasonable technical safeguards such as HTTPS hosting, server-side pricing and validation, signed payment webhooks, temporary availability locks, request limits, and restricted access to service credentials. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about personal information associated with your booking or request a correction or deletion where appropriate and where we are not required to retain it for legitimate business, payment, accounting, dispute-resolution, or legal reasons.
